Hui achieved her Master’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Fuzhou (China) in 2024, she undertook her final year project at the University of Xiamen (China) (2023-2024) under the supervision of Professor Saihu Liao in the field of cationic polymerization of vinyl ethers containing olefins or alkynes by metal-free organocatalysis followed by click chemistry to modify the poly(vinyl ether)s. She started her PhD at the University of Birmingham in 2024 supervised by Dr Maria Chiara Arno in the field of the in-cell fabrication of functional and biocompatible nanomaterials.
