We are always looking to recruit motivated scientists with a background in polymer chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology or related fields. All our projects are multidisciplinary, offering excellent opportunities to work with national and international collaborators. If you are interested in to join our research team please contact Dr Arno directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interested in pursuing a PhD in the group then please contact us as soon as possible. There are a number of scholarships available through the University to fund graduate studies to UK or EU students. An application should consist of your CV, a cover letter, and the names of two mentors who can provide a reference.
We have 4 fully funded PhD studentship available in the group on the areas of cell-based materials and tissue regeneration (details below). You are strongly encouraged to get in touch with the PI before applying:
1. One PhD studentship (based at the University of Birmingham) is in collaboration with Prof. Matthew Gibson (University of Warwick) and Prof. Alicia El Haj (Healthcare and Technology Institute, University of Birmingham), in the area of cell-based therapies for tissue regeneration.
