We are always looking to recruit motivated scientists with a background in polymer chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology or related fields. All our projects are multidisciplinary, offering excellent opportunities to work with national and international collaborators. If you are interested in to join our research team please contact Dr Arno directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interested in pursuing a PhD in the group then please contact us as soon as possible. There are a number of scholarships available through the University to fund graduate studies to UK or EU students. An application should consist of your CV, a cover letter, and the names of two mentors who can provide a reference.
We have 1 fully funded PhD studentship available in the group on the area of polymer therapeutics (details below). You are strongly encouraged to get in touch with the PI before applying:
One PhD studentship (based at the University of Warwick) is in collaboration with Prof. Matthew Gibson (University of Warwick) in the area of covalent recruitment of polymer therapeutics. Full details here: https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/cross_fac/mibtp/pgstudy/phd_opportunities/immunology/polymer
Postdoctoral positions in the Arno Lab will be advertised on the University website and http://www.jobs.ac.uk when funding is available. If you have already secured your own funding (e.g. government sources, charities, research councils) or you would like to apply for your own funding (e.g. Marie Curie, EPSRC post-doctoral fellowships, Welcome Trust Fellowships) please email Dr Arno directly. Please enclose a 2 page CV including a full publication list and the name of two referees.
