Leila achieved her master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry at Persian Gulf University (Iran) in 2020. She undertook her project in the field of synthesis of mesoporous silica nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery systems. After graduating from master’s, she worked as a research assistant and synthesized different nanomaterials for different projects in drug delivery and catalysis fields. In 2024, she started her second master’s at the University of Birmingham, under the supervision of Dr Maria Chiara Arno in the field of developing new nanomaterials through CDSA for wound healing.
